Wrath of the Lich King has an awesome story. But, my dear Wow droogies, does anyone of you even notice? Why is it, that Blizzard decided to present the plot in tiny windows filled with text? Ever heard of a voice-over? It’s 2008, guys! Where are the cut scenes? We know Blizzard can do stunning cinematics, and there is a legion of wow machinima maniacs out there. Why do we have to go old-school all the time and read through endless letters? Let’s be honest: How many WoW-veterans skip the quest descriptions and read them only while searching for the next quest item?
I mean, Age of Conan has its flaws, but still has voice-over. Why do the inhabitants of Azeroth have to be as talkative as Gordon Freeman? Don’t tell me that Blizzard doesn’t have the resources for recording some fancy dialogue.
