[04/12/2009] Wargaming.net hat bekannt gegeben, dass neben World of Battleships auch eine U-Boot-Simulation in Planung ist. In World of Submarines jagt ihr mit einem Unterseeboot andere U-Boote oder Schiffe. Ob ihr auch gegen die Flugzeuge aus World of Warplanes kämpfen könnt, steht zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht fest (Bild Silent Hunter 5).
